  • Drafting and sending to each owner the meeting notice.

  • Preparation of minutes, custody of the book and all community documentation available to the owners.


  • Owner data files, acting as data processor before the community and the Spanish Data Protection Agency.


  • Preparation of expense calculations and preparation of economic plans.
